My online coaching is structured, completely personalised program that helps women build muscle, get stronger and to live a lifestyle that takes you to your peak performance.
I gather information from you: about your exercise background, your lifestyle and your current habits, to understand better what you need. I then create your customised exercise program, that is delivered via my app.

Ongoing feedback from the coach
Weekly check-in
Monthly call with a coach
I take new members to my coaching once a month. Join the waitlist to get access as soon as I open the program.
