Who am I?
Hi, I’m Lisa. A Personal Trainer, stunt performer, martial artist, and a content creator based in Porto, Portugal.
Here, I share everything I do to make it easy for you to find exactly what you’re looking for.
My own training started in my early teenage years when I found dancing. I was a shy kid but always loved moving. For me, dancing became a way to express myself in form of movement. Later on this passion to dancing transformed into a passion for weightlifting and later on into Calisthenics and gymnastics.
Fast forward, over 15 years of training and 7 years of coaching, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients in Portugal, Australia, and Finland. From gyms and studios to outdoor parks and gymnastics facilities.
Over hundreds of clients supported, I’ve helped people achieve goals like weight loss, building strength, mastering calisthenics, running faster, or performing better in their sport.
